The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

Working directly alongside the Directors, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will gain hands-on experience in Bills of Quantities, Scoping of Works documents, and Builders’ Quants. This is a fantastic opportunity to build core QS skills that will set you apart in the industry.

Beyond technical training, you’ll be exposed to a unique and exciting mix of projects, including luxury residential, commercial, and specialist monitoring-offering a level of variety and challenge that will accelerate your development.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS / construction related course)
• Minimum of 12 months Quantity Surveying experience
• Previous experience working in a UK Cost Consultant / PQS firm
• Exposure to measuring, or bills of quantities
• CAD experience would be useful but not essential
