A bespoke Cost Consultancy are looking for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team in Liverpool.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyors’ role
In this role, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to support a variety of high-profile new build projects, mainly within the residential and housing markets.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for providing both pre and post contract services, with a particular focus on Employers’ Agent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to develop their career within a specific niche.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will ideally be a career-driven individual with a RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Actively working towards APC
- Residential experience is beneficial
- Previous consultancy experience
- Employers’ Agent experience is beneficial but not essential
