A well-established multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking for a driven Assistant Building Surveyor to join their successful and social office, in Birmingham.

The Assistant Building Surveyors' role

This is an opportunity for a bright Assistant Building Surveyor to join a firm that delivers a range of multi-million-pound schemes, across the education, commercial and retail sectors.

Whilst the Assistant Building Surveyor will benefit from a full scope of project exposure, for APC purposes, you will work closely with the team to provide specialist project management and contract administration services.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have 1:1 APC training and will receive continuous support throughout their career, with clear progression pathways.

The chosen Assistant Building Surveyor will be a keen learner who is focused on their self-progression and who can work collaboratively with their peers.

• BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
• Ideally 2+ years' consultancy experience
• Have started your APC diary would be ideal
