A dynamic, multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy is seeking a dedicated Team Administrator to join their thriving Nottingham office. The Team Administrator’s Role

The successful Team Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of operations for the Defence team, working closely with the Office and Design Manager. This includes document preparation, maintaining project trackers, supporting vetting processes, and ensuring data systems are consistently updated.

The Team Administrator will also coordinate meetings, assist in marketing material preparation, and support financial documentation, all while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment. This role requires working to high security and confidentiality standards, including passing relevant security clearances.

The Team Administrator

The ideal Team Administrator will possess:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with a proactive and flexible approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with document control systems and workflow platforms.
  • An ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour, particularly in client-facing situations.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a secure or multidisciplinary environment.
  • Willingness to undergo Disclosure and Barring Service, Baseline Personnel Security Standard, and other security checks.
