A nationally successful property consultancy are looking for a dedicated Assistant Building Surveyor to join their well-established team in Birmingham.

The Building Surveyors’ role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Building Surveyor looking to further their career with exposure to a diverse mix of professional and project experience across multiple sectors.

The successful Building Surveyor will be joining a collaborative team of 12 Building Surveyors in Birmingham and a wider network of 150 Building Surveyors nationally, gaining invaluable, hands-on experience.

The role offers exposure to both professional services and project delivery, providing a well-rounded foundation for career growth.

The Building Surveyor

• A degree in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
• MRICS or actively working towards APC completion
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
• Both project and professional experience, within a similar consultancy environment
