The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
In this exciting role, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on some of the most prestigious high-end residential projects across London and the Home Counties, with budgets spanning from £500k to £30m. Your responsibilities will include providing a comprehensive range of pre and post-contract cost management services and overseeing contract administration.
This position offers the unique opportunity to work with elite clients and trusts, delivering bespoke, luxury developments that can define your career. With a blend of office work (three days a week in London), remote working, and site visits, this role promises variety and exposure to iconic properties.

The firm is happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but is looking to offer:
