One of the UK’s most respected property consultancies is looking for an ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor to join their successful and collaborative team in Bristol.

The Assistant Building Surveyors’ role

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a leading firm that prides itself on delivering exceptional service to a growing client base.

Working closely with a dynamic team of five in Bristol, you will play a key role in supporting a variety of projects, including refurbishment, renovation, and new-build schemes across commercial and residential properties.

Key services will include technical due diligence, dilapidations, PPM, condition surveys, design, specifications and project management.

This role provides a unique platform to gain hands-on experience across all areas of Building Surveying while developing your professional skills within a supportive and business-minded environment.

The Assistant Building Surveyor

The ideal Assistant Building Surveyor will be eager to learn and highly motivated, with excellent communication skills.

• BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and professional approach
• Strong teamwork and time management abilities
• Both project & professional focused experience
