Associate Project Manager – Construction Consultancy

A growing consultancy is currently looking for an Associate Project Manager to join their expanding team of Employer’s Agents due to the consultancy’s continued growth.

The Associate Project Manager’s Role

Working with some of our prominent clients, the Associate Project Manager will be involved in an exciting variety of new build housing and mixed-use regeneration projects.

The Associate Project Manager will predominantly be working on projects across Cambridge, the nearby counties, North London, with projects ranging from £2-100m+.

Associate Project Manager Requirements

• Degree in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or a similar construction related subject.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Employer’s Agent combined with PM/QS/BS background.
• RICS qualified, or similar, e.g., CIOB, MAPM
• Experience in residential development and/or commercial development
