Senior Building Surveyor

A highly regarded, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking for a proactive Senior Building Surveyor to join their successful Manchester team.

The Senior Building Surveyors’ role

As the Senior Building Surveyor, you will provide a comprehensive range of Building Surveying services including design and specification, condition surveys, defect analysis, party wall, dilapidations and reinstatement cost assessments.

You will play a key role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a high-profile client base, becoming a trusted point of contact while delivering exceptional service. The role also involves supporting business development, assisting with project finances, and contributing to the recruitment, mentoring, and leadership of the team.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
• Ideally MRICS or actively working towards
• Experience within a similar consultancy environment
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Leadership qualities and experience mentoring junior staff is a bonus
