The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor’s Role

The Graduate Building Surveyor will gain exposure to a wide range of projects, working across residential, commercial, and educational sectors.

You’ll take on diverse responsibilities, including building surveys, dilapidations, condition reports, and project management, while receiving expert guidance throughout your APC journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering a full range of professional and project services
• Work on dilapidations, condition surveys, and defect analysis
• Contribute to contract administration and project management
• Collaborate with senior surveyors and gain exposure to client relationships
• Progress towards MRICS qualification with comprehensive APC support

The Ideal Graduate Building Surveyor

• BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or an RICS-accredited degree
• Dedicated to APC progression
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning
• Team-oriented with the confidence to take initiative

• Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
