The Successful Senior Building Surveyor’s Role

The Senior Building Surveyor will handle a wide array of responsibilities, including contract administration, dilapidations, acquisition surveys, and party wall matters.

The role offers the chance to work across residential, mixed-use, regeneration, and remediation sectors, engaging with a diverse client base.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality surveying services to varied client portfolios
  • Lead on contract administration, dilapidations, and acquisition surveys
  • Address party wall matters with expertise
  • Manage relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Contribute to the growth and innovation of the Building Surveying team

The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor

  • MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • RICS-accredited degree (essential)
  • Experience in the public sector or construction-focused background
  • Comprehensive service line knowledge and attention to detail
  • Business-driven, proactive mindset with strong teamwork skills
