An award-winning entrepreneurial Cost Consultancy is seeking a driven and ambitious Senior Project Surveyor to become a key player in their ever-expanding London office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team located just a 10-minute walk from Farringdon station or 5 minutes from Barbican, where excellence and career progression are at the forefront of the business.

The Senior Project Surveyor Role

As a Senior Project Surveyor, you will:

• Take ownership of diverse projects from inception to completion, typically valued up to £20m.
• Collaborate on larger, complex schemes alongside the Directors, gaining exposure to high-profile clients.
• Deliver exceptional pre- and post-contract services across sectors including Residential, Commercial, Workplace/Office, Health & Life Sciences, and Education.
• Lead a team and mentor junior professionals while driving innovation and efficiency in project delivery.

This role offers hybrid working, providing the flexibility to balance time between the office, home, and site visits.

The Ideal Senior Project Surveyor

You will ideally bring:

• MRICS qualification or be actively working towards achieving it.
• A RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering construction projects with expertise in pre- and post-contract work.
• Background in health, commercial, or education sectors is advantageous.
• A team-oriented mindset and strong leadership qualities.
• Prior experience with a UK cost consultancy or PQS firm.
