A well-established and traditional Chartered Surveying practice in London is seeking a motivated Senior Building Surveyor to join their close-knit and collaborative team.

With a strong pipeline of public sector projects, this role offers autonomy and the chance to make a significant impact within the firm.

The Senior Building Surveyor’s Role

This opportunity is perfect for a Senior Building Surveyor looking to take ownership of their work while contributing to a team-oriented environment. You will work with social housing and public sector clients, providing a range of services, including damp and mould inspections, party wall matters, contract administration, and project management.

As the Senior Building Surveyor, you will also play a key role in nurturing existing client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and collaborating closely with your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering surveying services to social housing and public sector clients.
• Managing contract administration and project works.
• Conducting party wall matters and damp and mould inspections.
• Developing existing client accounts and identifying new business opportunities.

The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor

• MRICS qualified (preferred but not essential).
• RICS-accredited degree (essential).
• Proven experience in construction within a private practice environment.
• Commercially minded with strong client management skills.
• Able to work independently and hit the ground running on projects.

• £55,000 – £65,000
