Senior Quantity Surveyor
Overview
An architectural consultancy with a diversely skilled Quantity Surveying team is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to add further substance to their Quantity Surveying consultancy team near Farringdon.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic, multidisciplinary office 50 strong consisting of Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Building Surveyors and more.
You will be responsible for managing Quantity Surveying jobs across the new build residential sector, as well as refurbishment and fire remediation and cladding projects from £3.5m – £50m.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will also assist/ act as an Employers Agent, on JCT D&B schemes, working on legal claim work, and mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification
- MRICS
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy / PQS firm
- Residential sector experience
- Project Management / Employers Agent experience would be highly desirable
- JCT knowledge
