Associate Building Surveyor

A leading independent consultancy are looking for an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join their growing Bristol team.

This is a technical delivery-focused role, ideal for a hands-on professional looking to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects across the built environment.

The Associate Building Surveyors’ role

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical services across a broad range of sectors, including commercial, residential, education, and heritage buildings. This is a client-facing role, requiring strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to project delivery.

The Associate Building Surveyors’ day to day responsibilities will include undertaking detailed building surveys, inspections, and TDD, providing expert advice on defect diagnosis, remedial works, and planned maintenance and delivering professional services such as party wall matters, dilapidations, and reinstatement cost assessments.

The Associate Building Surveyor

• Ideally qualified with MRICS
• Extensive project delivery experience
• A proactive, hands-on approach
• Consultancy experience is preferred
• Experience providing a range of professional services
