Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a high-performing Commercial team of 35 experts, delivering some of the largest and most complex commercial projects in Central London. From towering skyscrapers and landmark office developments to major repurposing projects, Cat A & B refurbishments, and large-scale commercial buildings, these are truly career-defining schemes.

This is an exciting, fast-paced environment, where you’ll take the lead on high-value projects, managing client relationships, overseeing junior surveyors, and ensuring the successful delivery of some of the most ambitious schemes in the capital. The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• A RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
• MRICS qualification (essential)
• Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a UK construction consultancy
• Proven ability to deliver projects from inception to completion (pre & post contract)
• Extensive experience in commercial sector projects (skyscrapers, major office developments, refurbishments, or repurposing projects highly desirable)
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior surveyors
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
