Quantity Surveyor

An award-winning Construction & Property Consultancy with over 100 years success in the industry is looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their newly established Birmingham team.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

You’ll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, with two QSs in Birmingham, working across Healthcare, Education, Residential, Retail, Commercial, and Hospitality. Current schemes include:

• £40m NEC Healthcare new build
• £15m JCT D&B Healthcare project
• 450-unit Residential scheme
• University projects from £2m-£5m
• A steady pipeline of education and refurbishment schemes

The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

To succeed as a Quantity Surveyor in this role, you should have:

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
• RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• Experience in the above mentioned sectors is ideal
