The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
As the new Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll step into a leadership-focused position within a national consultancy delivering high-calibre projects across Healthcare, Education, Residential, Retail, Commercial, and Blue Light sectors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy is a MUST
- Strong Pre and Post contract experience
- Able to come in and hit the ground running, leading projects inception to completion
- Working towards or willing to work towards Chartership
- Able to commute to Nottingham
