Project Quantity Surveyor

A progressive and design-led Construction Consultancy is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing London team, based a short walk from Farringdon Station.

Well-known for their work in the UK residential development market, this firm delivers complex schemes from acquisition through to completion – including city-centre apartments, regeneration sites, and high-spec housing.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

As Project Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of key residential developments, acting as the day-to-day lead for clients. You’ll deliver cost consultancy services throughout the full project lifecycle, work closely with senior colleagues, and contribute to both client success and internal growth.

The Project Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

You will ideally have:

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK PQS Firm / Consultancy is a MUST
• MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards
• Experience managing projects pre & post contract
• Excellent client-facing skills with a professional, collaborative approach
• Residential sector experience & interest
• Passion for Real Estate / Property sector
