CDM Principal Designer

A family-feel CDM specialist consultancy are seeking an ambitious individual who has a Design background to undertake a CDM Principal Design role with their business. You would join a team that consists of ex-Architects and Designers as you provide Principal Design to their range of elite clients.

They will look to provide support into the Principal Design role if appropriate and you would receive an extremely flexible work pattern. They work on iconic buildings and they are all located within the M25

CDM Consultant Responsibilities

As a CDM Consultant you will advise clients on the CDM 2015 regulations, as well as lead and/or assist within Design meetings. You will carry out site inspections across scenic areas of London.

CDM Consultant should possess

• Design degree (Architecture / Engineering / Surveying) or 2 years within a Design role (required)
• 1 year within CDM or Construction H&S (preferred)
• NEBOSH Construction / Fire / General (preferred)
• TechIOSH Membership (preferred)
• APS (Association of Project Safety) Membership (preferred)
