The Quantity Surveyors’ role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved in the delivery of a wide range of high-profile projects across the hotel, residential, and commercial sectors. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues to provide a full range of pre and post contract cost management services, ensuring best value and commercial efficiency throughout every stage of the project lifecycle.

As part of a collaborative and motivated team, you will benefit from hands-on support from a highly experienced senior leadership group, creating an ideal environment for learning, development, and progression.

This role is perfectly suited to a confident and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career – whether that’s working towards MRICS chartership or aiming for a future Senior Quantity Surveyor position.

The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited (BSc or MSc)
• Ideally MRICS or actively working towards APC
• UK based Quantity Surveying experience with a Consultancy is a MUST
• Pre & post contract knowledge
• Varied sector experience is beneficial
