A forward-thinking, independent Project and Cost Consultancy, based in the heart of London, are looking for a bright and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

The Quantity Surveyors’ role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to become part of a dynamic, well-established consultancy of approximately 35 professionals, including 8 highly experienced and long-standing Directors. The team offers a rich blend of expertise, fostering a supportive environment ideal for both professional and personal growth.

Initially, the successful Quantity Surveyor will work across a range of student accommodation and commercial projects, with additional involvement in residential schemes. As the business continues to thrive, there will be opportunities to diversify into sectors such as life sciences, hospitality, mixed-use developments, and leisure – ensuring long-term project variety and progression.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
• Ideally MRICS, or actively working towards
• UK based Consultancy experience is a MUST
• Experience across the commercial and education sectors is beneficial
• Strong pre and post contract experience
