A dynamic and forward-thinking construction consultancy in Manchester are looking for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors’ role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors. Initially, you’ll have the opportunity to manage a £135m, five-hospital refurbishment and lifecycle programme for a prestigious Healthcare client.
This role offers a clear path to Associate Director, allowing you to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and drive high-profile projects across commercial, healthcare, government, heritage and residential sectors.
With significant responsibilities and long-term career progression, this is an outstanding opportunity to shape major developments while playing a key role in the growth of the Manchester team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS is preferred
- Experience within a similar consultancy environment
- Healthcare experience is highly desirable
- The desire to grow and lead a team
