A progressive and innovative Construction Consultancy is seeking a driven and personable Quantity Surveyor to support the ongoing growth of their Liverpool office.

The Quantity Surveyors’ role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of exciting and diverse projects.

The role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of sectors, including student accommodation, housing associations, private residential developments, education, blue light services, heritage and conservation, and commercial projects.

This consultancy is highly regarded for its expertise in the APC process, with a team of Chartered senior professionals dedicated to providing top-tier mentorship and guidance. With an impressive APC pass rate, they offer an exceptional environment for career development.

This role is ideal for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to gain exposure to a wider project portfolio and benefit from outstanding APC support. It also presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor seeking greater variety in their workload, strong career progression, and a clear pathway to senior positions.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
  • MRICS or actively working towards
  • Pre & post contract experience
  • Project delivery experience
