A well-known Chartered Building Surveying firm are looking for a driven Building Surveyor to join their thriving Manchester team.
The Building Surveyors’ role
The successful Building Surveyor will become an integral part of a successful, close-knit team, to support a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors.
Day to day, you’ll provide professional services such as building surveys, dilapidations, party wall, defect analysis and technical due diligence, as well as supporting with project management and contract administration duties.
The successful Building Surveyor will benefit from structured APC support and continuous career development, with clear progression paths to Senior Surveyor and beyond.
The Building Surveyor
- Degree in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
- MRICS or actively working towards APC
- Both project and professional experience is beneficial
- Consultancy experience is preferred
