Overview
A leading Chartered Building Surveying firm, based in Preston, are looking for a proactive Assistant Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team.
The Assistant Building Surveyors’ role
In this role, the Assistant Building Surveyor will collaborate with experienced professionals, gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects.
Day to day, you’ll provide professional services such as building surveys, dilapidations, party wall, defect analysis and technical due diligence, as well as supporting with project management and contract administration.
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will benefit from structured APC support and continuous career development, with clear progression paths to Senior Surveyor and beyond.
The Assistant Building Surveyor
- Degree in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
- Ideally already working towards APC, or at least keen to start this process
- Both project and professional experience is beneficial
- Consultancy experience is preferred
