The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join a highly skilled Commercial team of 35 professionals, working on some of the most monumental projects in Central London. From towering skyscrapers and major commercial buildings to Cat A & B refurbishments, large-scale repurposing projects, and high-spec office developments, this is an opportunity to work on truly career-defining schemes.

These projects move fast, requiring a sharp, proactive mindset and a passion for delivering complex, high-value developments. The consultancy continues to secure major commercial projects, with no signs of slowing down. Their ambitious five-year plan includes significant expansion, and with a flat company structure, career progression is based on ability, not waiting for someone else to move on.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
• MRICS qualification (or working towards)
• Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a UK construction consultancy
• Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion (pre & post contract)
• Significant experience in commercial sector projects (skyscrapers, office developments, refurbishments, or repurposing projects highly desirable)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
