A well-established, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing Edinburgh team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and public sectors.

The Senior Building Surveyors’ role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will take a leading role in delivering high-quality surveying services, managing projects from inception to completion, and providing expert technical advice to clients.

This role offers a balance of professional and project-based work, with the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued success of the consultancy.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• Ideally qualified with MRICS
• Consultancy experience is preferred
• Extensive project delivery experience
• An ambitious individual, eager to reach Associate level
