• 200,000 sq ft office development

• 31-home development in Ealing
• Gaelic sports club
• Cut & carve refurbishment (£40M)

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
• Completed a RICS accredited degree
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• Good pre and post contract knowledge
• Comfortable working in a small team
• Client facing
• 3+ years quantity surveying experience
