One of the UK’s leading property consultancies is seeking a driven Building Surveyor to join their successful and collaborative team based in Bristol.

The Building Surveyors’ role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to advance their career with a well-established firm that is committed to delivering outstanding service to an expanding client portfolio.

Working alongside a dynamic team of five in Bristol, you will contribute to a wide range of projects, including refurbishment, renovation, and new-build schemes across both commercial and residential properties.

Key responsibilities will include technical due diligence, dilapidations, planned preventative maintenance, condition surveys, design and specifications, and project management.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience across all aspects of Building Surveying while developing your professional skills in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Building Surveyor

• BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and professional approach
• Strong teamwork and time management abilities
• Both project & professional focused experience
