With offices located across the UK, including a thriving presence in Manchester, this consultancy deliver innovative and practical solutions to clients across sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, residential, and leisure.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of cost consultancy and contract administration for both public and private sector clients.
The Manchester office offers a diverse portfolio of projects, providing you with the opportunity to expand your skills and expertise in a collaborative and professional environment.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally be a proactive and client-focused individual.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying is preferred
- Ideally qualified with MRICS
- Proven experience in a similar consultancy-based role
- Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost management
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
