Senior Quantity Surveyor
Overview
An established architectural consultancy with a highly skilled Quantity Surveying team is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors’ role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team that includes Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Building Surveyors, and other professionals.
You will oversee the delivery of Quantity Surveying services on projects ranging from new-build residential developments to refurbishment, fire remediation, and cladding works, with values between £3.5m and £50m.
Additionally, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on the role of Employers’ Agent for JCT Design and Build schemes, contribute to legal claim work, and provide mentorship to junior Quantity Surveyors.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS qualification
- Experience within the residential market is beneficial
- Employers’ agent experience would be desirable
- Previous consultancy experience
