The Assistant Building Surveyors’ role
Joining a vibrant team of five professionals, the successful Assistant Building Surveyor will contribute to a wide variety of projects including refurbishment, renovation, and new-build schemes across the commercial and residential sectors.
Day to day, the Assistant Building Surveyor will be responsible for delivering professional services such as technical due diligence, dilapidations, planned preventative maintenance, condition surveys, design, specifications, and project management.

The ideal Assistant Building Surveyor will demonstrate a proactive and detail-oriented approach, along with strong communication skills.
- BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and professional approach
- Strong teamwork and time management abilities
- Both project & professional focused experience
