The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s Role

In this exciting role, you’ll work alongside the Quantity Surveying Director, taking the lead on high-profile residential projects. You’ll manage all aspects of pre and post-contract delivery, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards while fostering strong client relationships.

• Collaborate with cross-discipline professionals to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Play an active role in mentoring Assistants and Surveyors, contributing to the team’s overall growth and success.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• MRICS is highly desirable / currently working towards
• Proven experience delivering large & complex projects
• Residential sector experience is ideal
• Pre and post contract experience
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS/consultancy environment
