Overview
A small, close-knit independent Project and Building Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their newly established Leeds office.
The Quantity Surveyors’ role
Joining a growing team of Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and Building Surveyors, you will work on a diverse portfolio of projects across Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Residential, Commercial, Office, and Industrial sectors.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated Quantity Surveyor looking for greater responsibility and autonomy, free from micromanagement and the bureaucracy of a large corporation.
With a clear pathway to Senior Quantity Surveyor, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional seeking rapid career progression within a dynamic and supportive consultancy.
The Quantity Surveyor
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
- MRICS or actively working towards APC
- Previous consultancy experience
- Both pre & post contract experience
- Varied sector / project experience is beneficial
