A unique opportunity has arisen for a Junior or Trainee CDM Advisor to join a dynamic and experienced CDM team, mainly supporting one of their key projects, a large-scale refurbishment program for a renowned hotel brand.
This role is ideal for a motivated individual keen to gain hands-on experience and begin a career in CDM and Health & Safety within the construction sector.
The Trainee CDM Advisor Role
- As the Trainee CDM Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CDM team across various responsibilities, from coordinating site start-ups to managing essential CDM documentation.
- Key tasks include handling PCI (Pre-Construction Information), CPPs (Construction Phase Plans), and Health & Safety Files.
- Ensure project compliance with CDM regulations and assist the team in general Health & Safety activities.
This position offers an excellent foundation for your career, with mentorship and support from experienced advisors.
Trainee CDM Advisor Role
- No prior qualifications are required, but a NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate would be advantageous.
- Membership with IOSH or a similar safety organisation is also preferred but not essential.
- Background in construction or any Health & Safety role is beneficial, though not mandatory.
- Commitment to personal development. If you don't yet hold a NEBOSH certificate, we will provide this training as part of your development plan.
