Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading multidisciplinary Cost Management Consultancy with a national presence is eager to welcome a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to their London office in Holborn, just 5 minutes from Farringdon station.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The chosen Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic team of 15 based out of London. You'll work across diverse sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial, residential, defense, and heritage from £1m - £500m.

This consultancy champions a flexible hybrid working model, two to three days in the office each week, and fosters a culture that prioritises employee well-being. With a commitment to internal growth and a flat organizational structure, this is a fantastic chance for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to step into a leadership role, progress to Associate level, and make a meaningful impact.

In this role, you'll engage directly with clients, mentor junior team members, lead Design Team Meetings while addressing cost control issues, prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and contract documents, and oversee large, complex projects focused on cost management.

Within the role, you will be in full control and have ownership over your projects; providing you with a great level of autonomy. You'll become part of a business with an excellent reputation in the industry for client care and quality with a diverse range of industry experts for you to collaborate with and learn from.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Proven experience in cost management from feasibility to post-contract stages
• Multi-sector experience in consultancy or construction
• MRICS ideally or currently working towards
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
• A successful track record working on, and leading, projects from inception to completion
