The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring budgets are controlled and value is maximised. You’ll also have the chance to mentor junior staff, develop leadership skills, and progress towards an Associate position.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• RICS accredited degree qualification
• MRICS or currently working toward
• Proven Consultancy/PQS experience in the UK
• A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
• Previous experience managing junior surveyors is ideal
