A highly respected and forward-thinking Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a motivated and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their rapidly expanding Leeds office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors’ role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role within a dynamic team of 12 professionals, contributing to a diverse portfolio of projects, including student accommodation, private residential developments, commercial banks, leisure facilities, and heritage-listed buildings.
This position offers a varied workload, encompassing Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration responsibilities.
For those with leadership aspirations, there is a clear progression path towards Equity Partner, providing the opportunity to work closely with industry experts and shape both the business and their career.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally MRICS or committed to achieving
- Strong pre and post contract experience
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
- Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
