A successful, well-established property and construction consultancy are looking for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join enhance their team in Nottingham.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors’ role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take a leading role in delivering an array of exciting, high-profile projects across diverse sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, culture, heritage, hotels, leisure, life sciences, and residential.

Day to day, you’ll be responsible for providing both pre and post contract services such as cost planning, estimating, risk management, feasibility studies, tender analysis and fund monitoring as well as Employers’ Agent and contract administration.

With a flat company structure, you’ll benefit from direct access to senior leadership, providing a clear and achievable route to Associate Director. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the long-term strategic direction of the business.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or close to sitting APC
• Confident and client-facing individual
• Experience delivering projects autonomously
• Pre & post contract experience
• Varied sector / project experience
• Employers’ Agent & Contract Admin experience is a bonus
