A leading multidisciplinary Cost Management Consultancy with a national presence is eager to welcome a motivated Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to their London office in Holborn, just 5 minutes from Farringdon station.

The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will become a key member of a talented and collaborative team. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering full MEP quantity surveying services across diverse and prestigious projects in London. Sectors include:

• Healthcare
• Education
• Commercial
• Residential
• Defence
• Heritage

From pre-contract elemental cost planning to post-contract valuations, you'll drive successful project outcomes and cement your reputation in the industry.

An established Consultancy with a fantastic reputation and a 160-year heritage. They currently don't have an MEP cost management team in house and are motivated to bring this in house. As such, they're looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to set up the team.

The role will initially entail providing the day to day MEP work, working in a highly client facing and delivery focused role. Looking to the future, they plan to build and grow a MEP team around you, with you leading the helm. So, there's a lot of room for rapid progression to an Associate and a clear path to Associate Director beyond this.

The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senor MEP Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• Previous MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS/Consultancy
• The ability to manage multiple projects
• The ability to work in a client facing role
• The desire to grow and lead a team
