An esteemed Construction Consultancy is eagerly seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Construction Project Manager to join their London office.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will:

• Oversee medium to large projects within the Education sector.
• Manage all project phases meticulously, from conception to completion, ensuring strict adherence to budgets.
• Collaborate closely with senior colleagues, contributing to the department’s growth and potential future leadership roles.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Proven experience in Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying.
• MRICS or MAPM chartered status is highly advantageous.
• Strong client communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant experience in the Education sector.
• Previous roles held within a Consultancy setting.
