Senior Construction Project Manager

An esteemed Construction Consultancy in London is seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful Senior Construction Project Manager.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with a knack for managing diverse public sector projects.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for a varied portfolio of public sector projects, including culture and heritage, emergency services (blue light), healthcare, schools, and housing.

This entails:

• Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to completion.
• Formulating project briefs, overseeing contractor procurement, and managing meetings.
• Handling program and financial management, design supervision, risk management, and contract administration.
• Working with JCT 2016 and/or NEC3 or 4 contracts.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Building Surveying, or a related field.
• A solid background in a construction consultancy environment.
• Ideally Chartered status in RICS, CIOB, or APM.
• Direct experience in managing public sector projects.
• The ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
• A valid UK driving license.
