Senior Building Surveyor

A highly respected multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a committed and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their established team in Manchester.

The Senior Building Surveyors’ role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will initially focus on projects within the commercial, retail, and industrial sectors, with the option to specialise further in one of these areas if desired.

In this role, you will take on a leadership position, supporting the development of the team by offering day-to-day guidance and providing focused APC mentorship to junior team members.

The Senior Building Surveyor

The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be an open-minded individual with a breadth of experience behind them.

• MRICS qualification is preferred but not essential
• Similar consultancy / real estate background
• Management experience, or at least happy to step into a role including this
