Residential Property Solicitor

A leading Hertfordshire Legal 500 firm is seeking a skilled Residential Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with around 3-4 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) or a Chartered Legal Executive.

You will have the chance to work on a stimulating and diverse caseload including buying and selling residential property, re-mortgages, equity transfer, lease extensions, and buy-to-let transactions.

The Residential Property Solicitor's role

The successful Residential Property Solicitor will handle a broad range of residential property matters. You will be responsible for managing a busy conveyancing workload with limited supervision. Your excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team environment will be crucial. Additionally, being highly organised with a flexible nature and a co-operative and willing attitude will be essential in this role.

The Residential Property Solicitor

• Ideally 3-4 years PQE or equivalent as a Chartered Legal Executive
• Extensive experience in residential property law including buying and selling, re-mortgages, equity transfers, lease extensions, and buy-to-let
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with a flexible and co-operative attitude
• Proven ability to manage a busy conveyancing workload with limited supervision
