Your Role as Quantity Surveyor

Take the reins on exceptional projects from inception to completion, guiding procurement strategy and advising on contractual claims while showcasing your expertise.

• Lead with Impact: Drive high-end residential projects through every stage of the lifecycle.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with the Head of Quantity Surveying and a talented team to exceed client expectations.
• Expand Your Expertise: Hone your skills across a mix of new builds and extensive refurbishments, ensuring no two days are ever the same.

Who You Are

• Experienced Professional: A Quantity Surveying degree and at least 4 years of experience, ideally within a PQS/Cost Management environment.
• Technical Mastery: Strong pre- and post-contract expertise, confident in taking full ownership of projects.
• Mobile & Motivated: A driving licence and a proactive, client-focused approach.
