The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a consultancy with a strong reputation across the UK for delivering high-quality results in sectors such as Residential, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Industrial, and Leisure.

With a growing presence in Yorkshire, the Leeds office is delivering some of the region’s most exciting projects – from multi-million-pound urban regeneration schemes to large-scale educational and healthcare developments.

The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy / PQS firm (ideally 2+ years)
  • A RICS Accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, highly desirable)
  • Client facing & confident demeanor
  • Pre & Post Contract Experience
  • MRICS or committed to achieving chartership
