The Quantity Surveyor Role

In just over five years, this dynamic consultancy has built a £1bn+ portfolio across both private and public sectors. They currently manage 40 live projects, offering a wealth of exciting and complex schemes to get involved with, including:

• £500m Education Framework – Council-led projects across Kent and London
• £100m NEC Gatwick Airport & Eurotunnel redevelopment
• High-Rise Residential Developments – £84m, £50m, and £74m schemes (14-22 storeys)

The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
• Pre and Post Contract experience
• The ability to lead projects from inception to completion

• £50,000 – £60,000
