An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded, Legal 500 recognised firm based in Whitechapel. This well-established practice, also listed in the UK Chambers Guide, is seeking a full-time Property Solicitor with 1-3 years’ PQE to strengthen its expanding property department. The role is based primarily in Whitechapel, with occasional access to a second office in Clapham Junction.

The successful Property Solicitor will join a collaborative team, handling a broad caseload of non-contentious property matters. This role will suit a Property Solicitor who is confident in building strong client relationships, managing their own files, and contributing to the ongoing development of the team. A commitment to high service standards, commercial awareness, and the drive to meet financial targets is essential.

The Property Solicitor’s role

The Property Solicitor will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions. Work will include acquisitions and disposals, lease arrangements, landlord and tenant matters, and other non-contentious property work. A strong interest in business development and the ability to maintain excellent client service are key.

You will play a key role in helping to grow the department and will be encouraged to build a network of contacts and repeat business. You’ll be supported by a modern IT infrastructure, strong internal supervision, and ongoing training to help you reach your potential within a reputable, forward-thinking environment.

The Property Solicitor

  • 1-3 years’ PQE as a Property Solicitor within a property-focused legal team.
