Project Quantity Surveyor

A quirky, innovative Quantity Surveying Consultancy situated around Barbican Street station is seeking a client facing Project Quantity Surveyor who can hit the ground running.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The incoming Project Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic, diverse team of 16 professionals working on an exciting mix of projects including Private Residential, Heritage, Museum, Hospitality and Commercial projects.

As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will lead projects from £1m - £15m from inception to completion and will be offered ample opportunity to progress rapidly to a Senior Quantity Surveyor role.

This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor eager for support from Directors and a tailored career path to ensure you achieve your professional goals.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy/PQS
• Good pre and post contract experience
• A successful track record running projects to completion
• MRICS or currently working towards

The company is happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but is looking to offer:

• £50,000 - £60,000
• 23 days annual leave + Christmas shut down + bank holidays
